Lloyds TSB debit card cant add.

Hello, i have got a problem, my debit card bank is LLOYDS TSB and i was trying to add my debit card like for 10 times and im sure that i added everything absolutely correctly including my adress (We're sorry, but that credit card can't be linked to additional PayPal accounts. Please link a different credit card.) so i have no idea where is a problem... today i went to a bank to ask them why paypal is not accepting it and they told me that my card is 100% alright and MAYBE the problem is that Lloyds bank and TSB now came as a  one bank LLOYDS TSB and maybe you are not accepting it because its "new" bank. So please help me, i need paypal very much.

Hi there ranchella,

This error sounds like the card or an old card with the same number has been added to PayPal in this past.

Do you just have the 1 PayPal account? 

Generally issues like this are best resolved with customer service over the phone- try 08707 307 191
