Pay by phone - help

Hello, So I sell my products online. A lot of people want to buy from me but they don't own a paypal account.

I was wondering is is possible for people to send money to my paypal account via their mobile without them having paypal?

Such as them sending a text to my paypal account which then charges to their phone bill and the money is sent to my paypal account etc.

This would be very helpful if this was possible.

The first link you sent me costs £20 a month, The second link requires them to have a card. Is there any way they can just use their phone like the first link? without charging me £20 a month... ?
