PayPal account on Slovenia and i am from other country

Hello.
So i have this problem and i dont know how to solve it. I spent some time with relatives who live in Slovenia and in that time i opened paypal account on Slovenia and put my credit card from country where i live. After a few months I went back to my country. Since then it's been more than a year ago and I still use my paypal account normally and then i received a notice that I had exceeded the allotted amount of money for this year and my account was locked until i send my documents and banks statement. In the meantime, I received some more money to the account that they are now blocked. My question is, will I be able to unlock my account if I sent my documents(they are not conducted in Slovenia and a statement that the bank is also not in Slovenia)?
As I understand they want to prove my identification to extend my account?I'd be much grateful if you'd answer my question and help me to solve this problem since I'm a student and the money from account is for my further education.

Hi there Marynas, 

I would suggest providing PayPal with a copy of your photo ID and a proof of address for where you are residing at the moment. 

If you cannot prove you live in the country your PayPal account is registered to we may request that you open a new account. 

Go to the 'Resolution Centre' of your account and here is where you can 'Upload Files' , also click on 'Contact Us' and 'Email or Call us' to get in touch with the limitations team for advice.
