PayPal pte ltd - scam/fake ??

I am in the UK. 

Was doing a transaction on Paypal for an order from Hong Kong when I noticed that the address bar had changed from PayPal US to PayPal pte Ltd. 

Have not noticed that before - Can anyone confirm if this is a scam or fake paypal site or if it is legit ??

This is legitimate don't worry, this changes due to the country you are purchasing from and where they are regulated by.
