Seller "No longer a registered user". Help!!!!

Hi wonder if any one can help.  I bought a golf bag Saturday evening and paid instantly, to the tune of £72.00 (give or take a few pennies) only to find out Sunday morning the Seller is "no longer a registered user".  I have had no communication from the Seller whatsoever and I know I may be jumping the gun but I am really concerned that the bag won't come.  I cannot afford to lose this kind of money at any time of the year, let alone Christmas.  I have opened a dispute on Ebay but it will not allow me to do so on Paypal.  Can anyone shed any light on what I should do please?  I click on the ID Transaction number but it just keeps saying it is the wrong one.

Will Paypal refund if the bag doesn't show does anyone know?

Thank you.

Hi LesleyC1975

Dont panic since you have already opened a dispute with Ebay thats all you need to do right now, the seller should respond to the case make sure you respond back to the case if they dont it can be escalated.

Make sure you tell customer support they are no longer a registered user as well

I hope you paid where you have buyers protection ie Ebay checkout or by paypal for goods?

In my experience when I havent received an item I have always been lucky to get my money back

Hi Minty1...yes I paid via Paypal. When I opened dispute i expressed my concern at the not being registered any longer.  It simply says it awaits Seller's reply but surely he will not reply if no longer uses ebay.  Its just Ebay I have opened the dispute with and no Paypal will this be ok?

All you can do is wait for the sellers response if they dont respond the case can be escalated and Ebay will make the final decision.

Opening the dispute with Ebay is fine and you can still use Ebay if you are not registered

As you have already opened a dispute with Ebay, I dont think you can open a dispute with paypal as well, you should have the option to escalate the case soon if not already, does it say on the case you can do this?
