Unfortunately no one here has access to user account details, you really need to speak with customer support direct with your concerns. You may want to make sure that you don't have a billing agreement setup, if you do, you can cancel it.
Login to your PayPal Account.
- Click on "Profile".
- Click on "My Money".
- Look for: "My Preapproved Payments".
- You should see: "Manage the automatic payments, subscriptions, and installment plan payments I send to merchants".
- Click on "Update".
- Next, you will see all active and cancelled billing agreements/subscriptions listed on the screen.
- Click on the service-name for further action.
- You should see on next page terms of billing agreement/subscription, how much money you have authorized service provider to deduct from your account and few other details. Most important is link to Cancel agreement, in case if it is active.
- Note, when you click on Cancel, you will be prompted to confirm it once again. Click "Yes".

Do you have an x-box?
Sometimes microsoft payments like that are for games played on it that you pay for extra features.

We have also had a number of payment that have been taken out of our paypal account from Microsoft Regional Sales Corporation [Branch office]. Which we have been unable to trace to what we have purchased?? So I rang paypal and they say we have sign onto a direct debit from the but yet have no idea how that happened. No one who uses the account has signed up to this but even so we do not receive anything in return for the amount of money been taken we have a number of payments that are around $29.95 or $10.95 but still don't know what we are meant to be receiving? If anyone has any clue to what this maybe that we are meant to get it would be great.

MICROSOFT BREACHES THEIR OWN TERMS AND CONDITIONS - HOW TO GET A REFUND!
Hello everyone. I have had the same problems. Over 15 months I was charged $10/month by Microsoft. I called Microsoft who found that the charges were for a One Month Xbox Live subscription. In Jan13 I did purchase a 1 one month subscription, agreed to their terms and conditions without reading them as you do. Little did I know that paragraph 6.4 of Xbox Live terms and conditions states:
6.4 Automatic renewals. Provided that automatic renewals are allowed in your country, province, or state, we will inform you by email before automatically renewing your Services. Once we have informed you that the Services will be automatically renewed, we may automatically renew your Services and charge you the then current price for the renewal term. We will also remind you that we will bill your chosen payment method for the Services renewal, whether it was on file on the renewal date or provided later. We will also provide you with instructions on how you may cancel the Services. You must cancel the Services before the renewal date to avoid being billed for the renewal
I never delete any of my emails, so I went through them and found that they never emailed me to inform me that the services will be renewed.
So I called microsofts useless customer support, informed them of this, after several hours I got the case "escalated" and it currently being looked at by "management". Watch this space.
I have just created a Facebook Page dedicated to helping people get a refund from Microsoft for this. Even if it is just a small amount of money, I encourage you to follow through with this to teach Microsoft to obey the law. https://www.facebook.com/unauthorizedpaymentstomicrosoft Please like the page to keep getting updates about this

Here’s how to cancel a subscription or recurring payment:
1.Go to www.paypal.co.uk and log in to your account.
2.Click ‘Profile’ near the top of the page.
3.Select ‘My money'.
4.In the ‘My pre-approved payments’ section, click ‘Update'.
5.Select the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel and click ‘Cancel’.
6.Click ‘Cancel Profile’ to confirm your request
When going to your "profile" be sure to double click on the tab to open the full Profile page as you may not get all the options if you just hover you mouse over it. Once the page loads you will see the section that says "my money.
