I have used my papal to pay for my wife's visa to the uk whilst I was in Colombia before and was paid straight away, however this time I am in the uk and my wife is still in Colombia, she has used my PayPal to pay for visa again for another visit to uk ans it says to wait for 24 hrs for payments to clear, this was 3 days ago and is still not clear, does anyone know why this would be a problem
