Our company is currently exploring to setup a PayPal account to be able to accept credit card payments online which paypal can faciliate very well. We have clients who currently pay using wire transfer into our company bank account and I am wondering can this be faciliated with PayPal or is this limited to credit cards only.
To further elaborate: We would issue an invoice for works done for a client and ask them to make payment via following payment method i.e. PayPal.
Now if this client would like to make a wire transfer / bank transfer rather than use their credit card (for large amounts CC payments are not ideal), can paypal assist? If YES, what details should we publish to them which would allow them to make a deposit from their bank account directly into our paypal account? Normally for funds to be deposited into our bank we publish to them the account number, BSB and other details to faciliate a bank deposit hence are there any simialr details that we can publish which will result in the money being deposited directly into our paypal account. (you could say taking our company bank completely out of the picture for such transactions).
Note: the customer in this scenario does not have a paypal account nor is interested in setting one up to perform a paypal to payapl transfer. The requirement is Wire Transfer from their bank account into our paypal account directly.
