A customer has tried to pay us but Paypal have not notified us of the payment/order. It seems that on this transaction an extra phrase has appeared in our email address {emailcloak=off} The effect of this extra phrase is that Paypal do not recognise the email address and are unable to allocate the payment to ourselves. The sum involved will be returned to the customer.
The unwanted phrase does not appear in other transactions which have gone through normally, so its appeareance in this one case has nothing to do wth the way we have set up the account. We only know of the one problem case because the customer contacted us to ask why we had not responded to her order. There may well be other cases which we don't know about yet.
Does anyone know what the phrase emailcloak=off means and how we can get it removed from our email address.
Thanks
