sorry i may be a little thick, i have just sold my first item on ebay and i'm unsure how to know when they have paid and also if they paid the postage.
You will see the payment in your PayPal balance. Log into your account and click on 'History' near the top of the page.
If you can see the payment and it says 'Completed' then you know you have been paid. Also, click on 'details' next to the transaction to see what postage has been paid.
If one has a COMPLETED status on a payment, but there have been no fees taken off the payment - has it really cleared into your account?
Mostly I get PAID status followed by a COMPLETED status and always when you look at the full transaction there are fees taken off by Paypal. Paypal says this has been paid, but I wonder about the fees?
