transfer money from one pay pal account to an other paypal account

hi my friend transfered some money from her account to my account.she had not done it for about 6 months and ticked goods instead of personal paypal has charged her £4.54 for fees.is there any way of getting this back or has lost this money your views please.

Hi there kevin1954,

You can use the 'Refund Link' next to the payment in your History to send this payment back to your friend and then ask them to re-send it marking it as  a gift payment.
