Bank account problem

Hi, I have been using paypal for years now, my primary funding source is my bank account, and when i pay for something using paypal, it justs gets the money from my bank account - no problems.  A couple of weeks ago, I sold something and was paid through paypal, it was a large amount of money and I transferred most of it back to my bank account.  Ever since then when I try and pay for something through paypal, it won't take it from my bank account and goes directly to my back up funding, which was a credit card.  I didn't want everything coming through on the credit card when I had the money sitting in the bank, so I removed that credit card and added a debit card, thinking that if paypal didn't go directly to my primary funding source, i.e. my bank, then it would go to my back up funding, my debit card, and would still end up coming out of my bank account but paypal isn't going to either funding source and is refusing my payments.  One of them is a monthly payment I authorised at the beginning of the year ......so it seems now I can't use paypal.  Can anyone help or advise me how to sort this out......if i look up my primary funding source it stills shows my bank account but paypal just won't take the money from there, I don't know how things have got changed.......its driving me mad!!!!

First what you need to do it this, remove all of your accounts and credit or debit cards from your paypal account.  Then you when you go to purchase another item from ebay, and when they ask you for a card # to make the purchase with you just enter the debit card #, this will set your card as your primary account. Whenever you make a purchase or sell an item it will automatically be taken from or paid to that card.  I hope this helps.
