Can't add debit card due to it being used on another account and don't remember other account.

What do I do if I can't remember my other paypal account or my old email I used for it to put my debit card on my current account?

i just had the same issue.

to fix it, i called customer support and yelled at the automated bot untill it finally transfered me to an actual person.

he was able to find my email, and tell me the email i used.

i would try to do that.
