I'm about to be issued a Maestro-Cirrus ATM card and bank account by a bank. As far as I know, it doesn't bear the MasterCard logo (it does't even bear the Cirrus and Maestro logos, but the bank's site says that it is indeed a Cirrus-Maestro card). Can I use it for my PayPal account under the MasterCard classification?
