I purchased an item on a website through paypal. My current paypal balance at the time was $0.00. My account is set to instantly draw funds from my bank account or debit card attached to it. The transaction took place three days ago and paypal's transaction history confirms that a payment was made. My balance remains at $0.00 as it should; however, no money has been drawn from my bank account after three days. There are no holds on my account and I still have the same available funds as I had before said transaction. There is no bank transaction record for an instant transfer from Paypal in the past few days and I'm curious to know if somehow I will end up recieving this item free of charge. Normally paypal and my bank account communicate quite quickly with each other, and the transaction is recorded. Any theories?
