HELP ! Disabled credit card. Can't send e-mail to PayPal for help.

I need a help !  
I would like to buy on e-Bay. I have Visa Electron card. 
Right now, I have a big problem.
 

 I make paypal account & i wanted add visa card to credit card option.

Then, after add last 4 digits, paypal show this error:


This card has been disabled for entry into the PayPal system. Please add a different card. You may also contact us ....

Then i realized that i have WRONG 4 digit code. And i didn't know what i have to do. 
Because i dont have another card for use. What i have to do for re-enable credit card ? 

For a few days I got code from my bank. I go to Contact us and send e-mail. 
I wrote message on english and i add 4 digit code i got from bank. 
And this is a problem.

And right now i dont know what i have to do. 
I am so confused  . 
Please, can somebody help me ? 
 Or can somebody explain me the whole procces in detail ?  i would be very grateful.

I have pretty much the same problem.

Did you solve your problem? How?

I tried to email paypal under different topic, but they just sent me common instructions, which does not fit for my (and yours) situation!

Paypal tech support, anyone? How to unblock my card?
