Hi, I'm using a HSBC Credit Card.
I have linked it with paypal.
I'm wondering if I could earn points with my credit card when I make a purchase (i.e buying a laptop on amazon) even when I already have money in my paypal.
Anyone experiencing the same problem?

If you have any money on your account - PayPal will use it first, no points for you.
If money comes from your card - it would be a transaction on your card statement - I guess you'll get HSBS points for that.
Will know for sure after the first transaction.

greatsun0,
I would just withdraw the funds out of your account. That way you can charge your card like you want.
