How can I transfer money from my debit card (Bank 1) to checking account (Bank 2)?

I would like to be able to transfer money online between 2 different banks.  I have both accounts added to my Paypal account, but can't figure how to transfer between the 2.  Any ideas?

1. go to your BANK1 website, go to account, transfer, trasfer to different account, transfer to BANK2?

2. or, go to Bank1 ATM, take out some cash, walk to BANK2 ATM, Deposit cash. tada!

3. or, go to Bank1, talk to representative, get then to transfer money to Bank2. Then ask them how to do that online.

4. Go onto paypal. select add funds. Select Bank1. Transfer amount you want. (it will be instant if you have a credit or debit card attached, since paypal can give you their money instantly into your paypal balance, they worry about waiting the 5-8 business days....After tansfer to paypal, Withdrawl to Bank2.
