My paypal balance is always pending for close to 3 weeks after i sell something on ebay. I just opened my ebay store about a month ago. Before I opened my store, I had a personal account and i have never had a case opened on me or had bad feedback on either one of my accounts. I pay my bills and keep my customers happy. So why do they release my money so slowly. They seem to accept payments from me to paypal in just minutes. So i think they are useing my money to run paypal. Is this paypal's procedure to hold payments people make to ebay sellers for 3 weeks. Do you do this for all of your paypal customers and if so what can i do about it.
