Paypal use with Eventbrite

I have an event through Eventbrite and all seems to be going well until someone paid for the event through Paypal.  They have a reciept from Paypal showing they paid but they do not show up in Eventbrite on the list of paid attendees.  Wondering if I have to link the Paypal with Eventbrite and if so how??  I intended to just use the list of paid tickets that Eventbrite has but why aren't the ones paid through Paypal showing up??

This has just happened to a purchaser at my Eventbrite event.....did you find a solution?
