Sandbox account is not working at all

Hi,

we have logged in today to developer.paypal.com but nothing seems to work.

We have tried to create a buyer test account, a customized test account and an account with the bulk functionality but we received back a 500 in the developer tools in most parts of the dashboard.

Also trying to pay with our staging enviroment with our sandbox merchant account and nvp credentials, turns out in 500 (error code 10001 and "Internal Error")

The NVP credentials are not even listed in the developer dashbord for the sandbox environment.

Everything worked before today.

How can I solve this issue?

Maybe it was a long temporary issue, now it seems to work
