Our platform is multi-vendor marketplace e-commerce and we direct the payment to restaurant merchant when it is paid by customer.
We would not hold money in between.
Does paypal offer us this solution ?

I am not getting any help fro sales personal on this topic.
Some sales person says the solution is not provided in Germany and some sales person wants to know revenue flow before they could offer the solution. We are startup how could we pre define our Revenue now.
