Can't receive payments

I have been a Paypal user for more than ten years. I have recently added a new phone and bank account.

Today when I tried to send two invoices I was told they couldn't be processed because there was a problem with my account. They directed me to the Help Center.

When I went there I found no topic which matched the message. So, I called the Help Line. I was told that my phone number did not match their records. Then I was put on hold. I hung up after 20 minutes. Very frustrating. No one is available to resolve simple problems.

Have you verified that phone number??

 

If so then..........

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

I posted on Facebook After several "I don't understand" from the robot, I finally was able to type a specific statement

that "People have tried twice to send me money today and they re informed that can't do so because of a problem with my account." I added my email and someone is supposed to get back to me. I also checked my phone number in the profile as you said and re-uploaded.
