Having Issues When Creating Invoices and PP Changing The Due Date Automatically

I've noticed for several weeks now when I go to create an invoice for my business and enter a specific due date, I go to preview the invoice before I send it and the due date is either a day before or after the date I picked. I live in Alaska so I don't know if it's a time zone issue? I've been using PP for over a year now and this has never been an issue till a couple of weeks ago. Anyone else having the same issue? Did you find a solution?
