Is it possible to delete an invoice I received?

I'[m in the USA, there are no limitations on my account and this is not the usual type of "fraud."

 

I received an fake email with a PayPal invoice supposedly from GoDaddy.

 

I sent the email to the "spoof" reporting sites for both GoDaddy & PayPal.

 

Now I want to know how to delete the fraudulent invoice OUT of my PayPal account.

(PayPal keeps reminding me that I have an outstanding invoice . . . )

6 months and there's no answer?  PayPal needs to resolve this.

I received the same thing...from a Russian email.

I've been trying to contact Paypal about this but can't get through to anyone, this is absolute **bleep**!

 

I'm thinking about dropping my PP account because I'm not feeling safe.  There needs to be an authentication process to accept invoices.

I'm so friggin mad that I can't speak to someone about this or least they have a topic and process to go through on these fake invoices.

Hey Paypal get your **bleep** together and stop helping these degenerate criminals do this type of stuff.
