Hello
I'm a first time user and have sent an invoice to someone that owes me money. They have received the invoice and tried to pay me but get an error on the 'PayPal Guest Checkout' screen to say that 'This card can't be used for payment. Please add a different debit or credit card'.
They are trying to pay me a £550 (so British pounds) from their US business card and have checked with their bank but have been told that the bank has no record of the transaction being flagged or blocked.
Any advice would be appreciated.
