Postage void - how long does royal mail take to refund?

Hi

i have had an error whilst printing out two postage labels which required them to be voided, How long does royal mail take to refund? and is this automatic or do i have to request it somewhere?

You can also cancel an unused postage label up to 7 working days from the date of purchase. Here's how:

1. Go to Activity.
2. Find the payment.
3. Select the payment to open the Transactions Details page.
4. Near the bottom of the page, click Delete Label.

Royal Mail will be notified of your refund request. If approved, the label purchase amount will be returned to your PayPal account.

paypal is useless in helping this. Over 10 days and no refund. pending. shameful services
