I have been a PayPal user since the year 2000.
I wanted to make sure that the only way to access Virtual Terminal is by paying the $30.00 per month. I found out that is in addition to the higher percentage of each transaction, correct? (2.9 to 3.1) + $.30
It took me forever to find out why the same amount was being charged differently when the credit cards were the same. Paying a higher rate for using virtual terminal (which I may use less than 10 times per month) plus $30.00 seems excessive. Am I getting something else for that $30.00 in addition to access to Virtual Terminal? If not, I might as well cancel it and just simply invoice non-paypal account holders.
