Can anyone charge/send me an invoice without my consent to whom i have paid once through my Paypal?

Hello Community, 

I have done a PayPal transaction in which I have done the payment to the vendor/supplier. Now, can the supplier/vendor charge me money/ send me an invoice without my consent? If yes, in which scenario or in which type of transaction done earlier he can charge me or send me an invoice without my consent or without asking/informing me?

Hi there,

Welcome tot he PayPal Community.

You can be sent an invoice, however funds cannot be taken without your consent as you will be presented with an option to pay the invoice or not.

But can that invoice be debited to my account? and if there is no account balance then can it be shown negative balance? or my liability towards it?
