International shipping label

So this is somewhat simple yet confounding but I'm shipping a package from the US to Australia and it's going through grailed, but I just filled out everything and when I went to print the label it looks nothing like what it usually does, do I just send it as it comes out and put it on the package or do I cut something off.

im having the same issue.  its usually 4 labels.  now i am only getting 1 😞
