does anyone know how to fix my shipping label printing preferences to correct dimensions?? its been working for years. then all of a sudden today i go to print a label and its long and skinny. about 2x7 but my labels are 4x6 and has been forever. how did this all of a sudden change on me? i did go to my printing preferences and now my label printer profile isnt even on the list to choose from. i have a very common shipping label printer. dymo 4xl that prints 4x6 labels. so i dont think they would just change the entire format on everyone without notice. there must be something somewhere i can set to fix this??
please help.
