What about UNPAID invoices that are ARCHIVED?

I understand that archiving invoices removed them from view.  But does it remove them from activity?

ie:  If I archive an invoice that is unpaid, will it continue to generate reminders to the customer?

 

I have a customer that is COVID affected and is behind on several invoices.  I want to retain a record of what they owe, but NOT pester them about the unpaid invoices.  (I send out large batch reminders to all customers monthly)

I had similar to this problem. I accidentally clicked the archive button on an unpaid invoice in the "Manage Invoices" screen. I use the most recent invoice as my template for the next invoice as my invoices are nearly identical month-to-month. I could not figure out how to recover that invoice. Undaunted, I tried unarchiving an older invoice hoping I could use it as a template. No go! I still see no invoices in the "Manage Invoices" screen that I could copy and make a new invoice from. Ugh!
