I have a random question. If I do a transaction from Paypal to a gaming website, how would this appear on my bank statement? For example, would it say the gaming companies name, or just paypal?
There are several options on what you can see on your bank statement when you have paid through PayPal.
All payments will show our name and some have information from the seller added to that but not al payments have this.
The best way to check which transaction was made is through the amount of the payment. This will be the same in your transaction history and on your bank account.

On your bank statement both will show but it will be an abbreviation of the seller’s name. It will show PayPal and a few letters of the seller’s name. So for example if you paid to Asos it can show 'PayPal aso'. Not the full name of the seller will show but just a part of it. You can always match up the amounts in your PayPal account as well if needed :).
