Deffered payment

Hello,

I order some thinks from Sportsdirect.com. But I have no money on PayPal account. So I think that money will be charge from my bank account, same as always. Problem is that in the time of payment in account was too low money. Now in Sportsdirect.com account I see order as "Status: New Orde" and in PayPal account I see infromation:

Item Title:  DEFERRED payment of XXX

Status: Canceled  

Description: DEFERRED payment of 

So, what it means exactly? How can I force PayPal for check avalaibility of money on bank account now? Or is payment finally canceled and I must contact SportsDirect.com for conditions of new pay for order? Or is checking avalaibility of money on PayPal account or bank account automatical? On PayPal account I have already added certified credit card.

I would suggest that you contact the merchant (sportdirect.com) for clarification on your order. If they are using the authorisation option they may be able to request the funds again.

I have ordered from sports dirct too today I have plenty money in my paypal account so why is it saying Defeered payment What to I do here Help me please Is my order throught to Sports direct ????....and Why is payment deferred? How did the above lady get on with her order and what do i do now?

Hi Lizan,

I have had a look in to this for you and it seems that these types of payments will show as deferred or pending until your order is complete. When you order is complete and is successful you will see the status of your payment and order show as completed.

I would advise to review your PayPal transaction to see the status of order.
