Ebay payment with debit card

Hello,

Can you tell me what conversion type Paypal apply when we pay in Ebay via debit card, not using our own paypal accounts due to not being able to sign in ... ?

Welcome to the PayPal Community.

Even though you are not using your PayPal account you are still using PayPal to process the payment therefore the same processes apply/
