This is the USD to PHP Currency Conversion.
It definitely says USD13.00 is equal to PHP545.19. So if I would pay USD13, the amount\balance that will be loose from my paypal balance or credit card would only be PHP545.19.
But look at this .....
PHP545.19, exactly the same as the paypal converter showed. But the USD is not USD13.00 anymore.. F***
So, I thought I would be charge only PHP545.19 for USD13.00 !!!! Shocks PayPal..
It just turns out that I would pay PHP573 instead of PHP545.19.
WHAT THE ? Stealing ??? or Liar ??? **just expressing *SIGH !!!!!
Not yet contented on the receiving money/payment fees !!!.. aw !!
