Returning from holiday in the USA I still have US dollars on my Thomas Cook 'top up' credit card. How can I use this to pay for goods in US dollars without incurring a currency change fee - ie from US$ to UK£ and then back into US$!
This has already happened so it's not a hypothetical question.
