Payment shows complete on paypal but the bingo provider says it hasn't received deposit!!

On the 19/11/2011 I could not sleep, so I thought lets see if I can pay with paypal for online bingo I found out that I could this bingo site is Sky bingo I had played before and paid on the debit card!! So I click on the link use different payment type and follow the steps, I was redirected to PayPal to review the transaction and after putting in my details I press Pay now. Which in turn redirected me to the Sky bingo site, where I refreshed the balance and nothing happened. Now even after 18 hours and loads of Email to sky and phone calls, they claim I have not made a deposit!! The payment left my Paypal straight away and it says completed, but still no Bingo fun for me. What can I do?? I've sent proof of payment to SkyBet!! And still they claim I haven't deposited, I am getting nowhere with SkyBet as they can't see the payment infact they claim I haven't got a paypal account registed on my SkyBet account!!
Please I need all the help I can get
