Problem paying with Debit Card

I have linked my bank account as my payment method in PayPal. When I went to go buy something on eBay and use PayPal, it is making me enter a credit card. I want to be able to pay using my bank account. How do I resolve thisÉ

ok i just got off the phone with this problem. some website want a credit card because it takes along time for your paypal money to get to them so thats your problem
