Hi All,
I have a supplier where I buy from their website as if I was a normal customer...I go through to checkout and select to pay via Paypal - I then enter the new shipping address of my customer. The problem is, that the address keeps on automatically inserting the name of my company...so for example, lets say I enter the following:
Joe Bloggs,
10 Garden close
London England
I then save it and continue through the payment screens.....but it then creates the following address automatically:
Joe Bloggs
Laptop Bag Fashion
10 Garden Close
London England
Is there a way to stop it inserting the Laptop Bag Fashion name? I cant seem to find a way?
Really appreciate any help on offer
Kind regards
Chris

Hi Laptopbag,
It may be automatically defaulting if you have a return postage label set up.
You can choose to make a link available that gives buyers the ability to create a return postal label. Here's how to change the return address that will appear on the return postage label, should you make this link available to buyers:
- Log in to your PayPal account at www.paypal.co.uk
- Click 'Profile' near the top of the page.
- Select 'My selling preferences' on the left side of the page.
- In the 'Posting my Items' section, click 'Update' next to 'Postage information'.
- Beside your address information, click 'Edit Address'.
- Select an address from the drop-down menu and click 'Continue', or click 'Add Address'.
- If you're adding a new address, enter the information requested and click 'Continue'.
I hope this helps
Paula
