Hi,
On my bank statement, I see that money has been deducted as a direct debit via PayPal.
Is there any way I can find out in PayPal who this has been paid to?
Thnaks for your help.

Click on the transaction in your paypal account and that info will be on the details page.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Me too.
I am an international student and I have just arrived here and used paypal for about one month.
But I am charged 160+ pounds of "Direct Debit PAYPAL PAYMENT" with a reference number and others "unknown". There is no trasaction of this in my paypal account.
I have the habit of taking down how much and where I spend money daily and the money doe not match! And I have looked in the forum for some useful replies to help.
Therefore I thought my problem may not be "charging you for what you have not paid, and it is just SHOWN in your banking account as Direct Debit" as most of the useful replies...
