I have family arriving at Bristol Airport and can't get to pick them up. I have been told if I purchase with my paypal account from ticketline they can put their credit/bank card into the self service ticket machine at the airport when they land and, using a code I give them, get the tickets. Is this right ? and would I need their card details at any point in the transaction. I don't want to ask them for those details but can't see how a code purchased on my card can be used to collect tickets with another one. Please help !

I have done this for my son BUT you need the same card you booked the tickets with to be put into the machine. They can't use their card and your code.
