If you are getting the error message that we are unable to verify it means that the information you have entered is not matching the information you have registered with your card issuer. When you are adding your card we also need authorisation from your card issuer to use your card. This is done when you click the "add a card" option. If the information is not matching or they do not authorise use of the card you will get the error message "we are unable to verify your card".
I would firstly suggest that you ensure you are entering your card address exactly as it shows on your card statement. If this is still not being accepted then I would advise that you contact the Online Authorisation department at your card issuer for further clarification.
I entered all the informations correctly but I still get the error message that "were unable to verify your card" what should I do? Someone please help will be greatly appreciate!
It sounds like it is your card issuer declining use of your card. I would recommend that you contact your card issuer to ensure that they will allow you use it on PayPal.
When you are contacting your card issuer, please ask to speak to the "online authorisation department" as they will be able to assist you best for online card denials.
