Yodel or client?Who is liar?

Hi,

 

Sent item via YODEL courier. Tracking number shows that it was delivered and signed by client. My client is saying that he didn`t received anything and didn`t signed for anything.  Client started to threatened me and demanded for full refund. So who is lying? Who I should trust now? (Parcel value 400pounds). Should I refund  client or not?

Firstly i would email the client a copy of the signature and see if they recognise it as a neighbours etc.

 

If they don't and it is not their siggy then tell them to put in a complaint to yodel and you can assist them to get a refund from the company.

 

As long as tracking shows the item as delivered then I can't see why you should refund them as you have done whatever has been asked of you.

Hi,

 

I could send the signature proof to client but he could say : No,it`s not mine. It is a bit stuped situation (who to believe to?). And can he claim his money back via paypal (he send me money to my paypal account)? I still wait for YODEL response about what happend with that delivery (they gonna ask the driver). I just don`t know what to do? Any advice?

Firstly yes he could say its not his but thats between him and the courier company to sort out.

 

If he files an item not received dispute then as long as you have a tracking number that proves delivery of the item to the buyer then the claim would probably fail...........as long as there is a siggy paypal will accept it.

 

Firstly i would just give him the courier details etc plus an email scan of the siggy and tell him that you will assist him with any claim he wants to make with the courier.

Hi,

 

I`m tryiend to find the parcel. All day emailing to yodel and they said that they made a error delivery. Parcel and up on different address.

Does this changes anything?


Is it his problem know still mine? I`m getting tired from everything here. I just want best for everyone.

I wouldnt worry yourself at all you have done all the right things,from what i am hearing yodel have admitted the mistake and they are working on it,trust me its up to them to put things right because they have admitted to it,if they cant resolve it for any reason and i cant see why they cant, you should be covered any way by paypal insurance.

make sure you keep all the transaction material saved at all times even after it is resolved just in case.Hope this helps and would appreciate a reply when it is sorted out of interest.

This is interesting reading,i dont feel that the young lady should refund either its not her fault,ive recently sent a product out by hermes,but was told after that yodel are cheaper so i did a dummy despatch and found them to be much cheaper as told,but hearing this im wondering is it worth risking using them,i guess that if you have your parcel tracked and signed for your covered but is that the case given this ladies circumstances,i would be interested to see what happens,and if yodel rule in the ladies favour,this is food for thought.

Hi,

 

After all this days Yodel didn`t found my parcel. Only one thing they are saying put the claim with Parcel2go and that`s it. They refusing to give me the answers where is my parcel,what driver is saying,is the driver still working for them??? No answers to any question. It`s like saying F`````off. It`s very nice. No responsability at all. They are doing what they want and I think reselling our parcels on ebay or somewhere else. parcel2go offering 28pounds refund ( the value off parcel was 400pounds) good minus just for using some scam company. I dindn`t wanted any more stress and send to the buyer replacement and this time he recived it (thanks to god). Bad story and experience but what else you can do just learn from that as much as you can.And I learned a lot. Thank you for everything. And my advice would be don`t use them or if you still decide to use them then pay for insurance. Better of all look for someother company who more responsible...
