ebay vouchers not showing up

I have my nectar card linked to my ebay account. I changed the nectar points to an eBay voucher. this shows on my eBay, and read that you have a choice to use this when paying for something of ebay using PayPal. but when I made a purchase ( which was over the £10 minium spend) there is no voucher to use

That's a strange one.

Have you tried contacting eBay directly here to see what the problem is?

My colleagues at eBay are available through Facebook and Twitter and I'm sure they'll be happy to look into this for you.
