i am trying to add funds from my pay pal balance to a bingo site that uses pay pal for payments and it wont let me it is saying something about upgrading my bank details and i am havin g trouble trying to add my bank details too this is so frusterating when the funds are in my account but i cannot access them is there a way i can send my paypal balance to my mobile and i would be able to pay for my game from that
