services or goods not received

In March my company paid via Paypal a sum of money to purchase website services. Once the payment had been made, I received and email confirming the transaction from both Paypal and the seller. The seller has since done nothing I have emailed them 4 times with no reply and I have still not received the services I have paid for.

I may not have logged into the paypal account to make payment, but payment was certainly made through paypal and I do have a receipt for payment. My question is would there be a transaction ID on the invoice? I can see all the invoice numbers etc. And if I made payment without logging in to paypal but through paypal how do you get a transaction number? Hope this kind of makes sense...thanks

the payment can be found using the invoice ID alright, you'd have to contact customer services to see if anything can be done with the payment though.
