Paid for goods 2 months ago - still not recd good

Person keeps saying he has made a mistakehe will send it straight away and doesnt

Didnt buy from ebay although person does deal on ebay as well

Can I get my money back at all

Gosh you are way more patient than i am.

Sorry but you only have up to 45 days to file a dispute / claim with paypal for non receipt of goods and you would then have then got a refund either from the seller or paypal would have refunded you under buyer protection.

Its too late now so your only option is if you funded your paypal payment with a card then contact your card issuer and see if they will chargeback for you.
