IPhone 5s won't pair with paypal here

I can find the paypal reader in Bluetooth - I press connect and it says 'make sure paypal 156 is turned on and in range' This happens on my iPad and another iPhone too... Tried resetting but still won't work! This is my second reader - the first didn't work at all... Thinkjng of giving up!

Hi just letting you know that I have the iPhone 5s and once I didn't the factory reset (pin in the whole) I was able to pair the reader. Prior to that it didn't even come up in my list of devices under booth tooth, so thanks for the advice 🙂
