I bought a chip and pin card reader last week , I charged it straight away and use it . Ihave been charging it this morning for 3 hours and the the red light is still on and the blue tooth light is not coming on is this normal .
If the card reader's triangular light is permanently red, the card reader has a low battery and should be charged. There may be a problem with how you are charging the device. When charging the device by connecting it with a laptop via the USB cable, make sure that the laptop is connected to a power source, otherwise the device will not charge.
Can i ask if you are charging the reader through your computer or a USB plug adaptor?
